Caramba has never been just one thing — and we wouldn’t want it any other way.
A family restaurant since 1982, now run by father and son. Over the years, Caramba has become a bit of an Amsterdam fixture — and for plenty of people, a second living room.
Some come in for a margarita and stay for three. Some make a whole evening of it — dinner, drinks, another round, no reason to rush. Sometimes you’re here for the whole night. Sometimes just for a taco on the go.
That mix is what makes Caramba, Caramba. Mexican food, with a little Argentina in the mix. Tacosss, cocktails, comfort food, music and a room that’s never quite the same two nights in a row.
